Every solar system starts with an actual site survey, not a satellite estimate pulled from an address. We measure real sun exposure across the seasons, account for shading from terrain and structures, and size the array against your household or operational load instead of selling you whatever panel count fits the roof. Storage gets sized the same way, against how much runtime you actually need through a cloudy stretch or a winter outage, not a round number that sounds impressive on a spec sheet.

Wind is where a lot of rural energy proposals quietly fall apart, because most of them lean on regional averages instead of what a specific site actually sees. We pulled twelve years of National Weather Service station data for our own flagship location and found a capacity factor closer to 10%, well under the 20%-plus figures that get thrown around casually for the region. That's the number we design against. If your site's wind resource turns out to be modest, we'll tell you that up front and size the system — or skip wind altogether in favor of solar — accordingly, instead of selling a turbine that never earns its keep.

Rural broadband usually means waiting years for a utility or telecom company to reach you, if they ever do. We're building fixed-wireless infrastructure instead — millimeter-wave backhaul with a relay architecture designed to sit on existing utility poles in road right-of-way, which sidesteps a lot of the per-site zoning fights that slow this kind of build down. At construction, we size conduit, power, and mount positions for the full range of mmWave bands even if we're only lighting up one to start, so capacity can grow with demand instead of requiring a second construction project later. The approach is also aligned with how BEAD grant funding evaluates rural broadband buildouts, which matters if you're trying to get connectivity infrastructure built with anything other than cash out of pocket.
