We build power and connectivity systems designed around your property, sized to what it actually needs, and maintained by the same company that installed them.

We're not a big-box installer working from a standard package. Every system starts with a site visit and a real look at what the land can support — sun exposure, wind resource, terrain — before we design anything.
Properties adjacent to our Costilla County site have access to a few things that aren't part of our general lineup. The site itself runs on its own water system and uses a leachfield to route its wastewater into the surrounding arid soil, which helps establish grass cover and cuts down on local dust — it's not a waste handling or disposal service, just what the site does with its own output. Bordering parcels may be able to tie into some of that shared infrastructure depending on layout and capacity. Sustainability 1st is a new company, and our own demonstration site in Costilla County is still under construction. We're building it first so that when we design a system for your property, we're speaking from what we've actually run, not just what's on a spec sheet.
